The Union Health Ministry has appointed A.R.Rehman as an ambassador in the battle against tuberculosis. And for this noble cause, he would be performing for a live audience, in a concert at Delhi this December. Microsoft head Bill Gates, former Russian president Mikhail Gorbachev, UN Secretary Kofi and Ministerial delegations from 22 major countries would be present at this concert. Rehman will be making a number of such appearances to generate awareness about the fight against TB.
