Five months after the demise of Zarine Khan, her family continues to grapple with the profound void she left behind. Marking this emotional milestone on April 7, 2026, her daughter Farah Ali Khan shared a deeply moving tribute on social media, reflecting on the love, warmth, and unity that defined their family under Zarine’s presence.
In her note, Farah painted a picture of a close-knit family bound by unconditional love and shared experiences. She wrote, “There was once a family filled with love, laughter, warmth, and togetherness. They did everything as one. They celebrated life together, held one another through sorrow, shared in each other’s joys, and moved through the world with a bond that felt unbreakable.”
She described her mother as the pillar of their lives, adding that Zarine was “the heart and soul, a remarkable matriarch who held everyone together with extraordinary love, strength, and grace.”
Farah’s words further captured the essence of her mother’s personality and impact. “She was truly one in a billion. She had the rare gift of making life feel beautiful. She loved without condition, forgave without hesitation, and cared with a depth that only a mother like her could,” she expressed.
The tribute highlighted how Zarine’s presence enriched every aspect of their lives, making them “richer, fuller, and infinitely more meaningful.”
Reflecting on the day they lost her, Farah shared, “And then, one day, God called her back to Him… she left quietly and peacefully, without a final goodbye.” She described the loss as life-altering, writing that their hearts were shattered because “she was not just a part of their world, she was their world.”

Zarine Khan, who passed away on November 7, 2025, reportedly due to a heart attack, was a celebrated figure in the 1960s. She appeared in films like Tere Ghar Ke Samne and Ek Phool Do Mali before later establishing herself as an accomplished interior designer.
She is survived by her husband Sanjay Khan and their children, leaving behind a legacy of love, grace, and timeless memories.
