Universal Pictures India, distributed by Warner Bros. Discovery, will release You, Me and Tuscany in theatres across India on April 10, 2026. Directed by Kat Coiro, the film features Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page in lead roles.
The film is positioned as a romantic drama set in Italy, focusing on themes such as self-discovery, relationships and personal growth. It unfolds within the setting of a family-run restaurant, while also incorporating elements of romance and interpersonal dynamics.
Bailey, who plays the central character Anna, spoke about what drew her to the role, highlighting its emotional depth. “Anna has such depth and such a great story to tell. I was excited to be the one to tell it,” she said. She added that her first impression of the script was shaped by the character’s layered emotional journey. “What a beautiful journey of this young girl who is experiencing life, trauma, heartbreak and disappointment. She is so unsure, but she has dreams, passion and excitement for what she loves to do,” Bailey said.
According to Bailey, the role offered an opportunity to explore a wide range of emotions and experiences. She indicated that the character’s journey reflects a process of learning and growth, shaped by personal choices and circumstances rather than clear-cut judgement.
The film is directed by Kat Coiro, known for her work across film and television, and brings together an international cast led by Bailey and Page. While Page’s role details remain limited, he features as a key part of the narrative alongside Bailey.
