Disha Patani took centre stage on day three of Lakmé Fashion Week 2026 as she walked the runway as the showstopper for designer Amit Aggarwal’s collaboration with Indriya. The showcase, titled ‘ORIZON’, explored a visual journey from shadow to light, blending modern design techniques with elements rooted in Indian heritage.
Disha appeared in a striking midnight-black lehenga that reflected Aggarwal’s signature approach to sculptural couture. The ensemble brought together reinterpreted Banarasi weaves and upcycled handloom textiles, shaped into a structured silhouette that balanced tradition with a contemporary aesthetic. The outfit featured a sharply contoured corset-style blouse paired with a voluminous pleated skirt, while a sheer dupatta was styled in a structured manner, extending the overall architectural feel of the look.
The detailing of the ensemble added depth to its design language, with textured embellishments and mirrorwork enhancing the reflective quality of the garment as it moved under the runway lights. Complementing the outfit was a statement diamond neckpiece from Indriya, designed to stand out against the darker tones of the attire. The jewellery piece, highlighted by an emerald drop, added a contrasting element while maintaining the overall cohesive look.
Disha kept her styling minimal, opting for a sleek bun with soft strands framing her face, allowing the outfit and jewellery to remain the focal points. Her runway presence aligned with the concept of the collection, which aimed to present a modern interpretation of Indian craftsmanship through innovative design.
