The much-awaited Dulquer Salmaan starrer, tentatively titled DQ41, officially kickstarted with a heartwarming pooja ceremony on Monday, August 4, creating waves across social media. Promising to be a soul-stirring contemporary love story, the film marks another exciting collaboration in the Telugu film industry, with a blend of fresh storytelling and stellar talent.
Held under the banner of SLV Cinemas, the launch ceremony saw the presence of some of the industry's most celebrated names. Nani took centre stage to give the first clap, while director Buchi Babu Sana switched on the camera, symbolizing the spiritual start of the project. Adding to the emotional weight of the moment, the film’s script was handed over by Gunnam Sandeep, Ramya Gunnam, and Nani himself—highlighting the camaraderie and goodwill surrounding the venture.
Directed by Ravi Kiran Kola, who is known for his grounded and emotionally resonant narratives, the yet-untitled film is being touted as a heartfelt tale of love in the modern age. Backed by producer Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas, DQ41 also marks the 10th prestigious production under the banner, raising expectations sky-high.
The technical crew assembled for the film is equally noteworthy. National Award-winning composer G.V. Prakash Kumar will helm the music, ensuring a soulful and memorable soundtrack. Acclaimed cinematographer Anay Om Goswamy, known for his stunning visual storytelling, is in charge of the camera, while the meticulous Avinash Kolla is onboard as the production designer, promising a visually rich experience.
