Directed by R. S. Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par is a Hindi-language sports comedy-drama that serves as a spiritual successor to Aamir Khan’s acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. Produced by Aamir Khan, Aparna Purohit, Ravi Bhagchandka, and B. Shrinivas Rao, the film stars Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in lead roles. It is an official remake of the 2018 Spanish film Champions and follows the journey of a hot-headed basketball coach who is ordered to serve community service by training a team of players with disabilities.
