Ranveer Singh who is known for his dashing looks and chiselled physique also emphasizes and sticks on a healthy breakfast routine. Recently, the 83 star revealed his weekday breakfast which is full of nutrients and health compositions.
The actor conducted an "Ask Me Anything" on his Instagram stories where one of the users asked him what he ate on breakfast. To which replied and shared his complete breakfast menu. He revealed that he starts with a bowl of oats, measured to be 130 grams, with 15 grams nuts and 5 grams chocolate chips. Then he enjoys immunity-boosting shots, along with a detox drink. Then he wraps up his meal with a probiotic drink and shilajit - ashwagandha date balls.
