It would be quite safe to say that nobody does justice to ethnic ensembles the way Vidya Balan does! Grasping the ethnic vibe that accentuates her frame to the T, Vidya consciously engages us with her stunning style play of dresses and sarees.
Vidya Balan kick-started the festive fervor with a chic yellow coloured Faabiiana ensemble. The ensemble from the Jaipur based label by designers Kusum & Karishma Luharuwala featured embroidered matching separates of a kurta, skirt/ palazzo pants and a dupatta.

Sporting sleek blow-dried hair, Vidya rounded out the look with a subtle makeup of defined eyes and pink lips.
On the professional front, Vidya will feature in two biopics. She will portray Basavatarakam, the first wife of the titular protagonist, in N. T. R., a Telugu-language biopic of the actor, filmmaker and politician N. T. Rama Rao. She has also committed to produce and star as Indira Gandhi in a yet-untitled web series based on Sagarika Ghose’s biography Indira – India’s Most Powerful Prime Minister.
