The much awaited Salman Khan’s movie, Veer is all about battles, swords, bravery, drama, love and treachery. It is an epic film set in 1825, when the Britishers were ruling India. Zarine Khan plays the role of Princess Yashodhara, who is Jackie Shroff’s daughter (Raja of Madhavgarh) who is deeply in love with Veer. The Raja had cheated the Pindaris to please the British and had lost his arm.
Purya, Veer’s younger brother’s role is played by Sohail Khan. He follows Veer like a shadow. He loves to flirt, but loves to fight even more.
Mithun dada plays the role of Prithvi Singh, the proud leader of the Pindaris.
