Dil Ka Bhanwar Kahe Sun Saathiya, Chhup Na Dupatte Me Tu O Chhaliyaa... That's it! The entire film was made on this basis. The moral of the movie is -Not to hide yourself, and do whatever your heart wants to do. People, who judge you and tell you that you are mad, don't panic, you are not here to live their characters. You are here to tell your own story, to live as you want, to act as you wish. Never kill your inner child! Imtiaz Ali is my 'the most favorite director'. So, may be you find this review bias.
