Two major flaws, There was no reason why vivek didnt pass on the lead to police, which he did eventually in the end, In newyork this thing was very well explained as police was running the undercover operation and they wanted the proof of the sleeper cell. Probably newyork came out from an intellectual production house this movie cam out from a buffon production house
