the film describes a very different medical case pertaining to memory.
asin is a model, social activist; with whom the hero, a very rich business man falls in love with. the villians kill asin who poses an obstacle to them. while aamir is trying to save asin he is left with injured on the head & suffers from memory loss. but he remember his past for few minutes & again memories are wiped out from his memory. jiah khan, a doctor takes up his case.
the rest of the film is about how he takes revenge of the murder of his love.
