Sunny Leone reflects on her upcoming multilingual film Vista Village: “Learning Malayalam was a challenge but rewarding”

Sunny Leone is set to make her South cinema debut with her upcoming film Vista Village. After building a strong presence in Bollywood, she now steps into Malayalam cinema with this multilingual project, which will also release in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The film has been shot in the scenic landscapes of Kasaragod, Kerala, and brings together nearly 40 artists from Malayalam cinema along with talents from Bollywood, Kashmir, Punjab, and other regions. Blending family drama, comedy, suspense, and youthful storytelling, Vista Village aims to offer a mix of emotions to audiences.

Sunny Leone said, “Working on Vista Village has been a very special experience for me. Learning Malayalam was definitely a challenge but also very rewarding and it helped me connect with my character. Shooting in the beautiful, remote parts of Kasaragod was truly memorable and I’ve always received so much love in Kerala. I’m really excited for this film, especially with its release in four languages and I can’t wait for audiences everywhere to watch it.”

 

Sunny Leone’s South debut has generated interest among audiences. Vista Village is positioned as a multilingual project that combines family drama, suspense, and light-hearted moments, aiming to appeal to viewers across regions.

 

The film presents Leone in a new role as she expands her work into South Indian cinema while continuing to build her presence as a pan-Indian actor.
