Singer Sonu Nigam lashed out at people who criticised him for not wearing a mask while donating blood. He had shared a video of him donating blood and in turn got criticised for not wearing a mask. With India battling a devastating second wave of COVID-19 pandemic, experts have recommended to wear a mask at all times.

Responding to the criticism of his comment section, Sonu wrote, "For the Einsteins here, let me answer you in the language you deserve. Saale gadhon (donkeys), ullu ke patthon (Idiots), one is not allowed to wear a mask while donating blood. Kitna giroge saale leftists (How low will you stoop, you Leftists)?”

 

 

Sonu inaugurated a blood donation camp in the Juhu suburb of Mumbai and donated 250 oxygen canisters. “Non Vaccinated people, come and donate Blood, there’s gonna be acute shortage in India soon,” he urged everyone, in an Instagram post.
