Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi, who is essaying the role of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the biopic Main Atal Hoon, recently had the privilege of meeting Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari in the national capital.

The biopic, directed by Ravi Jadhav, is set to hit theaters on January 19, offering an intimate portrayal of the life and legacy of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Pankaj Tripathi's involvement in the project has been widely anticipated, and the film is expected to bring forth a nuanced depiction of the former Prime Minister.

 

Main Atal Hoon is scripted by Rishi Virmani and Ravi Jadhav and boasts production support from Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios, led by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, and Kamlesh Bhanushali. As the release date approaches, the buzz around the film continues to grow, with Pankaj Tripathi's portrayal of Atal Bihari Vajpayee adding a layer of intrigue to the biographical drama.

 

For the unversed, filmmaker Ravi Jadhav’s Main Atal Hoon is the biopic of India’s celebrated Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The film sees actor Pankaj Tripathi essay the character of the former PM in the movie that will focus on the latter’s life and political career as an integral part of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Main Atal Hoon is scheduled for release on January 19, 2024.
