Kartik Aaryan gears up for his next film, Satyaprem Ki Katha; shares picture on Instagram

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is all geared up for his next project Satyaprem Ki Katha starring alongside Kiara Advani. The actor recently shared a picture from the sets of the film on his social media account. After the setback of his recent release Shehzada, Kartik is all set to move ahead and give his best for the next.

On Sunday, Kartik took to Instagram and shared a picture from the sets of Satyaprem Ki Katha. In the photo, a clapperboard with the film’s name written on it can be seen. Sharing the picture, Kartik captioned, “Fulfilling ❤️.”

 

 

As soon as the actor dropped the post, his fans showered their love on the actor in the comments section. Reacting to the post, a fan wrote, “Satyaprem Ki Katha is something unique and true lovee story!! can't wait for it,” while another user commented, “I am 100% percent sure that this will be best Movie bcoz Kartik n Kiara always being my favorite, besttt onscreen couple.” A comment read, “CAN’T WAIT TO SEE OUR BHOOL BHULAIYA COUPLE ONSCREENS AGAIN!” “Excited to see you and Kiara again,” read another comment.

 

Satyaprem Ki Katha marks the second collaboration of Kartik Aaryan with Kiara Advani after Bhool Bhulaiya 2. Helmed by Sameer Vidhwans, and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is all set to hit the theatres on June 29, 2023.

 

The film was earlier titled as Satyanarayan Ki Katha, which translates to The Story of Satyanarayan, another name for the Hindu god Vishnu, which caused controversy. The title change was announced in a statement by director Sameer Vidwans in 2021. Even if it was entirely unintended, Kartik re-posted the comment on his official Instagram account, stating that the title would be modified to avoid offending anyone. “A title of the film is something that emerges organically through the creative process. We have taken a decision to change the title of our recently announced film 'Satyanarayan ki Katha' to avoid hurting sentiments, even if that's purely unintentional. Producers of the film and the creative team also are in complete support of this decision. We will be announcing a new title for our love story in the due course of our journey. Sincerely, Sameer Vidwans,” the statement read.

 

Kartik was last seen in Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada starring alongside Kriti Sanon. However, the film failed in making its mark at the box office. Kartik will be soon seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha with his Bhool Bhulaiya 2 co-star Kiara Advani.
