Our favourite thing to do on Instagram these days is to watch Disha Patani be her badass self. She has recently started posting her Parkour videos and we watch them on loop in amazement. Her love for fitness is something we all admire and envy! With a perfect bod, Disha has been raising the bar higher for body goals. This women’s day, Disha Patani posted another video where she has attempted a wall kick and succeeded amazingly at it!

In the caption, Disha thanks her trainer Rakesh Yadav and she urges women to keep pushing themselves to do better. But, before we get to the video, just take a moment to appreciate Disha for all that she is! She began her career with M. S. Dhoni – An Untold Story, and was last seen in Baaghi 2, opposite her alleged beau Tiger Shroff. On the work front, Disha will be seen in Bharat with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. She will also be seen in Mohit Suri’s revenge thriller with Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor titled Malang. Anees Bazmi has also recently announced a rom-com which will star Patani and Kartik Aaryan.
