Diljit Dosanjh returns to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performs ‘Morni’, teaches Bhangra and more!
Diljit Dosanjh has made his second appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, further strengthening his growing international presence. The singer-actor also shared several posts on social media, offering fans a look at his latest visit to the popular American television show.
One of the clips shared online showed Diljit teaching and performing bhangra steps with host Jimmy Fallon. The official social media handle of the show captioned the video, “Diljit Dosanjh brings AURA to Studio 6B,” referring to the singer’s latest album and energetic presence on set.
Another post from the show featured a set of photographs and announced Diljit’s appearance, stating that he would discuss his album AURA, his AURA World Tour, and perform Morni during the episode.
Diljit also posted a separate video showing a warm interaction with Jimmy Fallon before the episode’s shoot. In his caption, the artist praised Fallon’s positive energy and thanked him for providing a platform to represent Punjabi culture on a global stage. He ended the message with “One Love.”
This marks Diljit’s second visit to the show after making his debut in 2024. During his first appearance, he performed his hit tracks G.O.A.T. and Born to Shine. He also impressed the audience with his bhangra performance while dressed in a white dhoti kurta and turban. At the time, he was introduced as one of the biggest Punjabi artists in the world.
Diljit has continued to build momentum in both music and cinema. He was last seen in Border 2 alongside Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. He is next set to appear in Main Vaapas Aaunga, directed by Imtiaz Ali. The Partition-based film is scheduled for theatrical release on June 12.
