Box Office: Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai expected to end Day 1 with Rs. 35-37 cr.

 

Tiger Zinda Hai starring Salman Khan as the Indian spy Tiger opened to packed houses earlier today. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film which also features Katrina Kaif returning to essay her role as Zoya from the previous release Ek Tha Tiger has been making all the right moves since its announcement.Box Office: Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai expected to end Day 1 with Rs. 35-37 cr.

 

Now after witnessing a good rate of advance booking across the board with ticket sales opening on Sunday, almost a week before its release, Tiger Zinda Hai has been welcomed by the audience with open arms. Released across 4600 screens in the domestic market, which also makes it one of the widest releases, the opening day collections of the Yash Raj Films production are expected to sky rocket.

 

In fact, early estimates based on the 80% occupancy rate during morning shows and increased occupancy during evening shows, Tiger Zinda Hai is more than likely to rake in a staggering Rs. 35 - 37 cr on Day 1.
