Bholaa Box Office – Ajay Devgn’s film is the only one collecting decently, situation to remain the same till Thursday

Bholaa is practically the only film which is bringing in some sort of footfalls as there was no notable big release over the weekend gone by. Prior to that, Gumraah had arrived and unfortunately that film failed in the opening weekend itself, despite carrying some merits. John Wick: Chapter 4 has lost steam. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is finding some footfalls primarily at the urban centres and same is the case with Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway as well which is collecting in a few lakhs now.

This leaves only Bholaa which managed to come in the vicinity of Rs 2 crores on Sunday and that has helped the film extend its total to Rs 84.25 crores*. With around Rs 5 crores coming over the weekend, it has managed some sort of traction though again, the film deserves to do far better due to the merits involved. Still, it’s where things are currently and now what matters is the maximum distance that the Ajay Devgn film can cover while it’s still in theatres.

 

The aim would be to find itself as close to the Rs 1 crore mark as possible today so that Rs 3-4 crores more can be added to the total before Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan arrives on Friday. That would allow it to cross Rs 90 crores milestone with ease. Of course, it will eventually reach there before the close of the run but the expectation would be to cover maximum distance in the next four days itself.
