'M.E.A.' Better In U.S.!

 

K. Asif's classic MUGHAL-E-AZAM has met with a better response in U.S.A. than U.K. But, all said and done, for a revived film [Bollywood] to gross such figures is incredible. Also making its debut in U.K. is PAGE 3, which has had a slow start.'M.E.A.' Better In U.S.!

 

Meanwhile, all eyes are on this week's release - the Salman Khan starrer LUCKY. Will it boost the sagging morale of the film industry, only time will tell!

• MUGHAL-E-AZAM has debuted at No. 24 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 16,989 [approx. Rs. 13.97 lacs] on 13 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,307.
