Tanushree Dutta inaugurates gym
A designated TADA court on Thursday allowed film actor Sanjay Dutt, accused in the serial blast case, to visit Jodhpur for two days from January 27 to attend the wedding of his lawyer's grandson.
On a plea made by defence counsel Farhana Shah, the judge, P D Kode, allowed Sanjay to leave Mumbai after he submitted a detailed programme of his visit and filed his appearance in the trial court on January 29 without fail.
The judge also warned him not to establish any contact with absconding accused and stick to conditions urged in his application seeking exemption for two days.
