Shilpa Shetty files a lawsuit aginst Stardust:

Actress Shilpa Shetty has filed a defamation lawsuit of Rs. 20 crores in the Bombay High Court against stardust for publishing an article on her personal life which has damaged her reputation. Shilpa's lawyer Satish has filed the petition which claims that the articles published by Stardust from October 2000 were false and imaginary and were directed to tarnish her reputation. Stardust reported that she broke off with Akshay Kumar since she had developed close relations with Salman. The current issue went a step further and reported her affair with a married man. While claiming the monetary damages, Shilpa has also urged the court to order Stardust to withdraw all the said copies from the market and prohibit them from publishing such articles in the near future. With this, it is now clear that Stardust is going to fall from the stars and bite the dust!
