Run runs into Censor problems

Boney Kapoor's Run that releases on May 14 has some interesting action sequences well executed by action master Peter from Vietnam, which seems to be even better than the original Tamil film. But then this hard-hitting action sequences have created some censor problems for the film. The censors demanded as much as 50 percent cut in the action scenes to grant the film a U certificate. Without these cuts the film would acquire a U/A certificate. But Boney felt that since a U (Universal) certificate doesn't make much of a difference from the U/A (Under the guidance of Adults), he went forward with the action scenes and a U/A certificate for his film.
