New Kapur on the block!

Following the footsteps of father Pankaj Kapur and big brother Shahid, young Ishaan Kapur has taken a plunge into Bollywood with Mahesh Manjrekar's Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi. Ishaan plays one of Shahid's nephews in the movie, who comes to live with him after his parents die in the film. Keeping him company is Mahesh Manjrekar's son Satya. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Mohnish Behl and wife Ekta, among others. This is the first time Mahesh attempts the fantasy genre. The film is loaded with special effects and has some never seen before performances by Shahid and Sanjay, says Mahesh. The story revolves around nine children and Shahid Kapur who live in a house like one big happy family. There are a lot of buyers for the house, which Shahid is not ready to sell. He suffers an accident and dies, only to come back and sort out things. Besides Mahesh's son who is acting in the film, completing the family picture is his daughter, who has assisted him in the making of the film.
