Bachchans flip for 'Boom'

aBOOM is finally releasing this Friday and though a lot has been written and said about how the Big B had a tiff with the makers of the film vis-?is his remuneration, the issue has now been sorted out. Like they say, all's well that ends well! The latest on BOOM is that an exclusive screening of the film was held for the Bachchans a few days ago and the reactions at the end of the screening were tremendous. Says Sanjay Jumani, the Overseas distributor of the film, Mr. Bachchan loved the film, so did Jaya-ji. Abhishek went to the extent of saying that the film rocked and we've a winner on our hands. Incidentally, Sanjay's cousin Ambika Hinduja and her friends also freaked out on the movie. All she said was, it's not HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM, nor is it D.D.L.J.; BOOM is individualistic and in a league of its own, Jumani beamed. Incidentally, a special screening of the film was held for some foreign studios in Los Angeles last week and praises flowed from the land of Tom Hanks and Tom Cruise as well. The studios were surprised that an Indian film-maker had made the film, it's so good, Jumani divulges.

 

Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice for a World Cup song called Ek Alag Andaaz Hai. The music is conceived and composed by Shamir Tandon. Actor Jackie Shroff has also mouthed a couplet. The song is rendered by Roop Kumar Rathod, Babul Supriyo, Zubeen Garg, Kailash Kher, Jojo, Vasundhara, Pratichi, Shweta Shetty, apart from Sharib, Banjyotsna, Twinkle, Sanchali, Pawni, Arpita, Sameer, Madhurima, Raaj, Xenia, Debojit and Aishwarya.Bachchans flip for 'Boom'
