Ameesha's grandmother passes away

It is a time of mourning in the Patel household as actress Ameesha's grandmother Susheela breathed her last yesterday night after suffering a prolonged illness. Ameesha was very close to her grandmom and would spend a lot of quality time with her and having no more of her in the actress' life, is a huge loss for Ameesha whose equation with her parents hasn't been spotless.

Ameesha's grandmom was bed ridden post a car accident that she suffered in 2005. Even though not in her best of health, she was a lively person. Ameesha was shooting in Hyderabad for a Telegu film when she heard the tragic news and she rushed to Pune immediately to attend the last rites.
