'Aan' in no race with 'Khakee'

The makers of AAN are leaving no stone unturned to give their best to the film. Reportedly, the makers are flying all the way to Dubai to shoot Jackie Shroff's portions in the film. Jackie plays a suave businessman, so we needed a palatial mansion in keeping with his status in the film, director Madhur Bhandarkar tells me. For those who are unaware, Jackie plays the negative guy in this multi-hero project. Incidentally, Madhur denies he's speeding up the shooting of the film to make it to the theatres before KHAKEE does. Let me set the record straight, we're in no race with any film. We've plans of releasing our film in December. Whether any film comes before or after our film or even in the same week, doesn't worry us, he states matter-of-factly.
