This particular scene has a lot of matte painting, colour enhancement, car multiplication, etc.
And the kind of shots required for this sequence was not possible in Chroma. One must remember that the actual lighting conditions available during the live shoot cannot be replaced or re-created by Chroma. It can be used for out-door locations like it has been done in the song Martaba. But in this sequence, the shot framing is such that if we were to use a chroma wall, it would be too huge.
"To achieve such shots we spoke to the director before hand to understand the length of the edit and were involved in the pre-visualization stage of the sequence," says Naveen.
