CG Pipes
In this scene which depicts Neil in an underground tunnel, the pipes are supposed to be metallic. But in the original shots taken, they looked like black rubber pipes instead. This was rectified in the post-production where they were replaced by CG pipes for a metallic look.

The film has a lot of Picture in Picture shots also. Here, the shadows on the TV screen were adjusted.
