Warehouse blast

This warehouse is meant to be in New York and as the guys drive away in a car a blast occurs in the film. This shot actually contained two layers, one of the original warehouse shot in the US and another a similar model built in Film City, Mumbai. "The model was rigged to explode using pyrotechnics and the explosion was recorded at night. The trick was to composite the second layer onto the first so as to show that it was the building that exploded. We also added a bit of CG debris and smoke. "
