Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have been promoting their film Sui Dhaaga – Made In India in full swing. These two have made B-town celebrities take up the desi challenge which is the Sui Dhaaga challenge. So all of their good friends from the industry are taking up the challenge and attempting to put the thread in the needle. Akshay Kumar was the first one to attempt the challenge and failed miserably. Varun Dhawan’s Kalank co-stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Alia Bhatt decided to take on the interesting challenge and Alia was the clear winner. Shah Rukh Khan and BFFs Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar too decided to attempt the challenge. Now, it was time for Salman Khan to take on the challenge.
Here’s how the challenge goes. The stars have to simply put the thread in the needle. It looks easy but it definitely isn’t as one has to complete this in just 10 seconds. Varun Dhawan reached the sets of Bigg Boss 12 recently to promote the film. It is the first Weekend Ka Vaar episode which means one person is evicted from the house after Salman takes them through the week and grills them.
At first, Salman and Varun both wore same jackets that had Made In India written on the back. As Varun asked him to take the challenge, it seemed pretty easy for Salman to put the thread in the needle. He not only completed the challenge, but also stitched his initials SK on a cloth leaving the audience surprised.
A film about finding love and respect through self-reliance, Varun Dhawan is paired opposite Anushka Sharma who plays an embroiderer in the film. Both champion actors, Varun and Anushka have been paired for the first time and are definitely the most-awaited on-screen jodis of 2018. Yash Raj Films’ entertainer Sui Dhaaga – Made in India is set to release on September 28 this year, just before Gandhi Jayanti.
