Arjun Kapoor sends a special surprise to his buddy Varun Dhawan on the sets of Sui Dhaaga

There was a time when actors and actresses did not get along in cinema. Over the years, it has changed. The current generation of stars are not just competitive about their work but also maintain good relationship off screen. One such pair of really good friends is that of Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. They have known each other since childhood. But, their friendship really blossomed when they joined Hindi cinema. Now, recent gesture by Arjun for Varun is really adorable.

Varun Dhawan is busy shooting Sui Dhaaga– Made in India in Delhi. The actor is working long hours to complete the film. While doing so, Varun received a special surprise from his buddy Arjun Kapoor. Arjun sent a lot of food including chicken to his trailer while the actor was busy shooting as a surprise. Taking to his Instagram story, Varun said, “So, I am sitting in my van, waiting. It’s very hot outside and I am hungry. And I get a big surprise. All this food which has come to me today in my van courtesy Arjun Kapoor aka Chach. Thank you for the chicken. Really appreciate it.”

Arjun Kapoor, who wrapped up Punjab schedule of Namaste England, responded back from his flight back to Mumbai. He asked Varun to share food with his co-star Anushka Sharma and crew. He said, “You are most welcome Varun Dhawan aka VD in 3D. Share the food with your co-star, Anushka and with your angry young director and the whole crew. See you soon.”

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan is busy with Sui Dhaaga- Made in India. The film is about finding love and respect through self-reliance. The film’s plot is inspired by the hugely acclaimed Make in India campaign. Directed by Sharat Katariya, Varun Dhawan will be seen as a tailor and Anushka Sharma as an embroiderer in the film. Yash Raj Films’ entertainer is set to release on September 28 this year.

Arjun Kapoor, on the other hand, has wrapped up Punjab schedule of Namaste England with Parineeti Chopra. Produced and directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the film is scheduled to hit the theatres on December 7, 2018.
