Farhan Akhtar, who has been keeping busy with the shooting of Lucknow Central, has a new exciting project. The actor will be hosting a show on National Geographic which will show the ecological damage humans are doing to the earth.
The news was shared by National Geographic India on their Facebook page where Farhan Akhtar talked about his upcoming show. In the video, he says, “When I was a kid I used to collect National Geographic magazine as it was one of my fav magazines. We have teamed up for something very important for all of us. What we are going to talk about is an issue and we are really looking forward to this collaboration as we hope it reaches out to as many people as possible.”
Recently, Farhan Akhtar had said that he has always been a big animal lover and always had pets, be it dogs or cats. He even informed that where his mom stays, they have got six dogs and three casts.
Talking about the environmental issues, Farhan Akhtar said that environmental awareness is very important and one of the biggest issues today has been how to deal with the environment and slow things down. So, Farhan Akhtar and NatGeo are coming together in their capacity to do what they can and what this campaign is about.
Besides this, Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central is produced by Nikhil Advani. It is slated to release on September 25, 2017.
