Mumbai Crime Branch arrests security guard who robbed Sajid Nadiadwala

Veteran producer Sajid Nadiadwala had a harrowing experience last week when his own security guard robbed him and his wife Wardha at gunpoint. On Jan 9th, Sajid along with his wife Wardha had returned home late night after a party when all of a sudden they were confronted by their security guard Prabhat Tripathi who pointed a revolver at the duo demanding money. Sajid had to part away with Rs.10 lakh in cash and Rs.40 lakh jewellery but luckily wasn't injured.
Now three days after the incident, things seem to be looking brighter for the producer of films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Heyy Babyy etc .as the culprit Prabhat Tripathi has been finally caught by the Mumbai crime branch. Tripathi was involved with two other accomplices in this whole robbery plan. The two others have also been arrested. Of the stolen amount, cops have recovered Rs.7.1 lakh in cash and the entire Rs.40 lakh worth of jewellery. The state government has also initiated action against Tiger Security which had deployed Tripathi.
After a tension packed last few days, Sajid surely must be heaving a sigh of relief.
