Two young men Avi (Sanjay Kapoor) and Shiva (Arya Babbar) are on a mission to establish their name in the city of Mumbai as dreaded criminals. A series of killings done by both make them cynosure of the Police department who want them dead or alive. ACP Hemant Jog (Sushil Singh) is an officer whose thinking is that an eye for an eye is not the solution for the criminals. Criminals should be given a chance to REFORM. He wants to apply his mind on Avi and Shiva. Both Avi and Shiva leave the city to start a new life where there is no running and no violence. Avi’s wife (Mahima Chaudhary) and their son lead a simple life.
One day, they receive news of their protector ACP Hemant Jog that he is dead. Now, fearing the cops, what will happen now? ACP’s father ex- commissioner Ramakant Jog (Om Puri) wades through the diary of his son and comes to know about his son’s thoughts and his mission. He personally meets them and assures them that whatever happens, do not return to your past life. They are overjoyed by the reassurance. Three years of exile from Mumbai is about to get over. Soutya (JagganathNivangune) who is desperate to avenge his brother Pakya’s murder by Avi and Shiva with the help of a bad cop (Vinay Apte) comes to know of their hideout. Do Avi and Shiva fall into Soutya’s trap? Does Soutya provoke them to return to their past? Does the ex-commissioner’sdream of seeing them reformed gets fulfilled?
