Jr NTR reportedly resumes shooting for Dragon after shoulder surgery
NTR has reportedly resumed shooting for his upcoming action drama Dragon after taking a break following a shoulder injury. The actor is said to have returned to the sets after undergoing surgery and completing a period of recovery and rehabilitation.
According to reports, NTR resumed filming at an auspicious time following his recovery. His return is expected to allow the team to move ahead with the next schedule of the Prashanth Neel directorial.
NTR took a break from Dragon after shoulder injury
NTR reportedly sustained the shoulder injury while filming an action sequence for Dragon. He underwent shoulder surgery in August and subsequently took time away from the production to focus on his recovery.
With the actor now said to be back on the sets, the team is expected to continue work on the film. Further details about the current shooting schedule have not been officially announced.
NTR and Prashanth Neel collaborate for Dragon
Directed by Prashanth Neel, Dragon is among NTR’s upcoming projects. The film marks the actor’s collaboration with the filmmaker, who is known for action-driven films.
The project is currently scheduled for a theatrical release in June 2027. NTR’s reported return to filming comes as anticipation around the film continues to build.
Beyond Dragon, NTR is also expected to collaborate with filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas on NTRXTrivikram. Further details about the project are awaited.
