Aditi Rao Hydari, who recently dazzled audiences with her elegant saree and gown appearances at the Cannes Film Festival, took to social media to share a more candid, heartfelt moment from her trip to the French Riviera. The actress posted photos and a video from a casual beachside photoshoot that showcased her love for Indian textiles and her effortless fashion aesthetic.

Set against the backdrop of a picturesque port in the French Riviera, Aditi embraced the moody weather and enjoyed her time by the sea with bare feet, reflecting a serene and grounded vibe. She wore a space blue and black checkered yarn dyed cotton tank top paired with a space blue organza skirt featuring black floral motifs from Peachoo Label. The ensemble was chosen to celebrate the timeless beauty of Indian textiles and was pitched as an ideal pick for a rainy day and quiet beach downtime — “just like the weather, easy and effortless.”

 

Styling the look to perfection, Aditi opted for a pair of mismatched oxidised silver earrings, with an ear cuff in one ear and multiple small danglers in the other. Sharing her Cannes experience through a heartfelt caption, Aditi wrote, “I Cannes despite all odds.. My short trip to Cannes was a roller coaster this year! … and then the one day I spent there was a stormy rainy day , not a peep from the sun and many worried faces! So I set out to find my sunshine on a rainy day- Tied up the hair, threw off my slippers and walk out on to the beach to make circles in the sand … called out to the sun and the sun obliged … just in time… it did! At the end of the day your feet should be dirty, your hair messy and your eyes sparkling.”

 

 

Fans and fashion enthusiasts worldwide have continued to shower Aditi with love for her bold yet graceful fashion choices at Cannes this year.

 

On the professional front, Aditi is gearing up for her next project, the Netflix series O Saathi Re, where she stars alongside Avinash Tiwary and Arjun Rampal. The series is expected to blend romance and mystery, further showcasing her versatile acting prowess.
