Box Office: Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety keeps its victory run on; collects Rs. 4.93 cr on Day 5

Yet another day, yet another good run for Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. The film collected Rs. 4.93 crore on Tuesday and that is still a very good number when compared to how it had opened on Friday (Rs. 6.42 crore, which was again a good number).

There is no stopping the film as the target audience is loving it. Moreover there is no competition whatsoever either and hence the Luv Ranjan film is enjoying a clear run in theatres. For all the youngsters associated with the film, this is indeed a dream outing and it is time for them to celebrate and party hard.

 

The film has already collected Rs. 35.60 crore and the first week should conclude around Rs. 42-43 crore mark. From there the journey past the Rs. 50 crore total would be in a jiffy and the second week would decide where it would eventually land up.

 

What has to be noted is that there is a good holiday on Friday (Holi) and hence it won’t be surprising if the numbers on this day turn out to be more or less similar to the first Friday. If that happens the film would be pretty much set for a Superhit status as well.
