• Aishwarya Rai's second outing in Hollywood, THE MISTRESS OF SPICES, has cut a sorry figure in its opening weekend in U.K.




 

• The much-hyped HUMKO DEEWANA KAR GAYE has taken a huge dip in U.K. The opening weekend collections of this Akshay-Katrina prem kahani were fabulous in U.K., but the collections have registered a drastic fall in the second weekend. And that doesn't come as a surprise since the film is low on merits. The film is a flop in the U.S. market.




 

• The new release, PYARE MOHAN, has only added to the tally of flops in both U.K. and U.S. markets. Yet another comedy proves a tragedy at the box-office!

 

Any silver lining? WATER, the John Abraham-Lisa Ray starrer, is having a successful run in Australia.

• THE MISTRESS OF SPICES has debuted at No. 12 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 85,563 [approx. Rs. 68.56 lacs] on 56 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,528.

• PYARE MOHAN has debuted at No. 24 position. In its opening weekend, the film has collected £ 23,837 [approx. Rs. 19.08 lacs] on 15 screens, with the per screen average working out to £ 1,589.
