Sunny,Bobby together again in Mera Bharat Mahaan
Sunil Shetty had signed a film Do Chehre around 12 years back but the film subsequently got shelved. Producer Manoj Nandwana took over the project from the original producer Jagjit Suri and is planning to revive the film also starring Shatrughan Sinha, Raveena Tandon and Kiran Kumar.
But Sunil Shetty has refused to work in the film now, stating that his services are not transferable from one producer to another. In this regard Nandwana has lodged a complaint with the Film Producers Association. Nandwana is ready to pay Shetty his dues if he completes the shooting and dubbing of the film, though not as per his current market price, which he says, is unaffordable for this much-delayed film.
The director of the film Ashok Gaekwad (who is currently making TV serials like Des Main Nikla Hoga Chand and Koi Dil Main Hai) remains the same. He claims that if Shetty doesn't comply, they would change the storyline of the film. Shetty will be shown meeting with an accident in which his face mutilates and is changed to the face of a new actor after plastic surgery. The new-signed actor is Saahil Khan (Style).
