Nitin & Bazmee's My American Bride:

After the success of DEEWANGEE, producer Nitin Manmohan and writer-director Anees Bazmee have joined hands yet again for a new project, to be made in two versions simultaneously Hindi and English. While the Hindi version has been titled I LOVE MY INDIA, the makers have decided to call the English version MY AMERICAN BRIDE. Confirming the development, Bazmee tells me that Nitin and he will fly to the U.S. in mid-January to confirm a Hollywood actress for the principal role in the English version. We've spoken to a couple of casting agents / managers, he adds. The casting of the Hindi version is yet to be done. Incidentally, Bazmee will also direct a film for the Jain brothers of Venus. That's a 2-hero, 1 heroine project. We've just okayed the script and are in the process of finalising the cast, Bazmee reveals.
