Kangna Ranaut's lawyer alleges police of spreading misleading reports

The Hrithik Roshan - Kangna Ranaut legal battle that is a complex web of notices, counter notices and allegations has gained a lot of media and mass attention in the past one month. As the lawyers of these two renowned Bollywood celebrities accuse each other of maligning the other's reputation, Kangna Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has now reportedly also filed a complaint against the police authorities, accusing them of spreading false and misleading reports about the actress.

 

Recent reports suggest that Rizwan Siddiqui sent a letter to the DCP, in which he has apparently questioned the Cyber Crime authorities as well as the complaint that Hrithik Roshan filed in December 2014. From what we hear, the complaint that was filed by Hrithik way back in 2014 with the Cyber Crime division spoke about an impostor talking to the actor's fans as well as his industry colleagues through a fake email id. The complaint also apparently had Hrithik Roshan claiming about his friends and fans with a special reference to a 'girl fan' who has been talking to the impostor on the same id. Revealing about the same, Rizwan further questioned as to why the police did not question any other witness from the film fraternity or the fans who were mentioned in Hrithik's complaint. He also added that this only leads to two possibilities - one about Hrithik Roshan lying and the other is ignorance from the side of the police. Rizwan further also pointed out the delay in finding the alleged impostor since it has been more than two years after the complaint has been filed and also questioning about the sudden chaos regarding the case post this legal battle.

On the other hand, Hrithik Roshan's lawyers reportedly maintained that everyone involved in the case should co-operate with the police authorities including Kangna Ranaut like the way Hrithik Roshan, as a law abiding citizen has been doing ever since the case started.

 

Just a day or two ago, there were also rumours about the fake id mentioned in Hrithik Roshan's FIR being traced to someone in the U.S.

 

Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut slapped legal notices at each other after the former was allegedly miffed with a certain comment made by the actress during a press meet. The legal battle ensued into a much talked about Bollywood controversy revealing several details of an alleged affair between Hrithik and Kangna which apparently went kaput.
