Anurag Basu to direct TV serial based on Tagore's Chokher Bali

After conquering the silver screens with his impeccable sense of film making, Anurag Basu is now all set to direct a serial based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel Chokher Bali, which will have Radhika Apte as the lead.

Speaking about the same, Radhika said that it was an absolute treat to work with Anurag and that it has been one of the most enriching experiences for her.

 

Readers may recall that, prior to Chokher Bali, Anurag had directed a serial named Miit.
