After Channel V Its MTV

After casting a veejay from Channel [V], Gaurav, in his directorial debut DARNA MANA HAI, Prawaal Raman has now signed a veejay from MTV, Vivan Bhatena, to play one of the leads in his new film GAAYAB. Co-starring Tusshar and Antra Mali, Prawaal describes GAAYAB as an intense love story with doses of humour. The film tells the story of a man who suddenly disappears from a crowded city one day. Seems like an experiment again, like his debut vehicle. The story was Ramu-ji's idea, he divulges. There's talk that the film takes its inspiration from two Hollywood films VANISHED [John Hagee, Bill Lake] and THE MISSING [Tommy Lee Jones, Cate Blanchett]. I'd like to clarify that GAAYAB is not inspired by any foreign or Indian film. It's an original script, Prawaal says. The film is currently being shot in a 15-day schedule in Mumbai and Prawaal hopes to wrap the entire shooting by October/November this year.
