Varun, who has already completed 70 days of shooting, took to Instagram to express the demanding nature of the film. Sharing a photo from the sets, he revealed, "#BABYJOHN -day 70 Filming relentlessly till the sun didn't rise and then also our unit kept going. One of the hardest shoots Iv been on #grind."

Directed by A. Kaleeswaran, Baby John is touted to be a full-fledged action entertainer. The film boasts an impressive cast alongside Dhawan, including Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, and Rajpal Yadav. The project is a collaboration between producers Murad Khetani, JyotiDeshpande, and Priya Atlee.
