Celina Jaitly responds to Twitter user who asked her to get films using her ‘father Arun Jaitly’s name’

Actress Celina Jaitly is popular for her roles in films like Apna Sapna Money Money, Golmaal Returns, No Entry and others. However, the actress has stayed away from the film industry for quite some time. She recently took to social media to clear the air around her decision to stay away.

Reportedly, the actress took a break as she was tired of how difficult it kept getting for an outsider. To this, a Twitter user tweeted, “@CelinaJaitly you could’ve used your father’s name @arunjaitley to get films.” Responding to the tweet, Celina wrote, “@CelinaJaitly you could’ve used your father’s name @arunjaitley to get films. My father was an infantryman and a war hero who ultimately succumbed to degeneration of war time injuries.”

 

 

Meanwhile, the user later clarified that his comment was sarcastic and requested to not take it seriously.

 

Meanwhile, responding to another user, Celina revealed why she decided to make a comeback with the film Seasons Greetings. “A talent needs to be discovered & it took 8 yrs sabbatical & a director like @Ramkamal (who is a newcomer) to trust me with a film like #SeasonsGreetings which has received 4/5 stars from critics & viewers across globe & just bagged the most prestigious @bestshorts in USA,” she wrote.
