As expected, YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA-2 had a robust start in North India, which is considered a stronghold of the Deols. In other circuits, the opening response range from average to dull. However, the film faces a strong opponent in YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI, which refuses to slow down at the ticket window. It would be interesting to see how strong YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA-2 eventually is over the weekend.
