Box Office: Uri becomes the All Time 4th highest third weekend grosser; surpasses Sanju and Bajirao Mastani

The Vicky Kaushal starrer URI: The Surgical Strike released earlier this year to a thunderous response from the audience. After opening on a high note, the business of the film continued to see good growth as the days past.

In this box office report we take a look at the third weekend collections of Uri while comparing the same to previous releases that have made it to their third weekend. Collecting Rs. 23.35 cr Uri has managed to become the all-time fourth highest third weekend grosser surpassing the third weekend collections of previous films like Sanju that collected Rs. 21.46 cr, Bajirao Mastani that collected Rs. 20.50 cr, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs. 19.98 cr. However, the third weekend business of Uri does not manage to surpass the collections of certain other releases like Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion that collected Rs. 42.55 cr, Dangal that collected Rs. 31.79 cr, and PK that had collected Rs. 26.75 cr.

 

As of now, with Uri still managing to find takers despite the new releases hitting screens all that remains to be seen is whether the film manages to become one of the highest all-time fourth week grosser.
