Box Office: Piku records highest 2nd weekend collection of 2015

The Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Irrfan Khan starrer Piku that released a week ago has been doing very well at the box office. The film directed by Shoojit Sircar has managed to not just win the audience and critics over with its story telling, but has in fact managed to continue its run at the box office despite competition from new releases.

 

In this box office report, we take a look at the Second Weekend collections of Piku as compared to previous releases of this year that have made it to the second week. Interestingly, Piku that collected Rs. 14.60 cr over its second weekend has become the Highest Second Weekend grosser, out beating other films like Baby and Gabbar Is Back.
